Republican Legislature Want to Appeal Michigan Ballot Decision

Following Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens' motion last week, Republicans in the House and Senate want to appeal her decision to allow absentee ballots to be counted after Election Day.

Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson will not appeal, but instead are asking the public to send in their ballots sooner rather than later.
