BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - The Battle Creek Police Department say they have arrested the person who robbed a man before running him over back in September.
Authorities say Curtis Smith was arrested Monday near Lansing, and was brought back to Calhoun County to be jailed on a count of assault with intent to great bodily harm less than murder.
