LOWELL (WOOD-AM) - Lowell will host its first ever Pride event on Saturday.
Lowell Pride founder and president Nicole Lintemuth says they will have a panel discussion, a Drag Queen Story Hour, and a showing of the documentary "Real Boy."
She says there are people in the community upset by the Drag Queen Story Hour because drag queens will be reading children's books.
