1 The FDA could authorize booster shots for all adults as soon as today.

Right now, only those with compromised immune systems are approved to get the booster.

When the FDA gives the green light, the decision will go to the CDC. The CDC is expected to give final approval as soon as Friday, making Pfizer and Moderna shots available to those 18 and older.

2 A Federal Court of Appeals has put the federal jab mandate on hold for companies with 100 employees or more.

It was set to go into effect Jan. 4, requiring close to 84 million Americans to either get jabbed or be tested weekly.

3 As the jury continues its deliberation in the “Kyle trial” a motion for mistrial hangs in the balance.

The defense team filed a written motion on Monday requesting a "mistrial with prejudice," including two previous allegations and a third that claims the prosecution deliberately withheld a higher-quality version of drone video evidence,the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported.
