Kentwood Police say a threat made against Valleywood Middle School on Monday was not credible.
Officials say police received a call just after noon, that a threat was called into a national crisis hotline.
Officials say the threat was made by a Kentwood student.
No students or staff were in danger.
The Kent County Prosecutor's Office will review the case for possible charges.
